General Department of Immigration Reports Deportation of 939 Foreign Nationals from Cambodia

The General Department of Immigration reported that 939 foreign nationals of 22 nationalities were deported from Cambodia between 20 and 23 March 2026 through Techo International Airport border police, including 331 individuals linked to online scam cases. The removals also involved cases of illegal border crossing, forged documents, absence of passports, use of fake visas or QR codes, and illegal employment.
