Cambodia Participates in the 14th China Round Table on WTO Accession at MC14 in Yaoundé
Cambodia’s Ministry of Commerce participated in the 14th China Round Table held alongside the 14th WTO Ministerial Conference in Yaoundé, where officials discussed the value of WTO accession and post-accession implementation within the multilateral trading system. Cambodia’s delegation also shared its perspective on the benefits of WTO membership since its accession in 2004.

The Accounting and Auditing Regulator joined a workshop at the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority on non-compliance with FATF recommendations and immediate outcomes that can lead to grey-list or black-list placement. The program was intended to strengthen AML/CFT and CPF awareness and capacity among reporting entities under ACAR and the Social Security Regulator.

Trust Regulator Conducts On-Site Verification of Three Commercial Real Estate Trust Registration Cases
The Trust Regulator reported that its officials conducted on-site inspections in Phnom Penh, Kampong Speu, and Takeo from March 16 to 21, 2026 to verify applications for the establishment and registration of three commercial real estate trusts. The visits were led by the Deputy Director of the Trust Registration Department and concerned trusts operated by a trust company licensed by the regulator.
