The Anti-Corruption Unit said its asset and liability declaration process for the 2026 two-year filing cycle had reached 92.90% nationwide by 24 January 2026. ACU teams continued receiving declaration documents every day, including weekends and public holidays, at its Phnom Penh office.
The Anti-Corruption Unit said asset and liability declarations under Cambodia’s anti-corruption law continue under the 2012 filing form, with four ministries and provinces reaching 100% submission. As of 23 January 2026, the declaration regime had received 18,254 filings, or 91.78% of obligated officials nationwide.
The Anti-Corruption Unit reported that Cambodia’s 2026 biennial asset and debt declaration process had reached 88.04% completion as of 22 January, with 17,508 filings received nationwide. The ACU also called on all obligated declarants to submit accurate, complete, and timely declarations within the January filing period.
