On 22 January 2026, Cambodia’s Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) announced updated progress on the 2026 biennial asset and debt declaration process for obligated declarants nationwide. According to the ACU, the filing period runs from 1 to 31 January 2026.
The ACU stated that, after 21 days of implementation, 21 ministries, institutions, and capital-provincial administrations had completed asset and debt declarations at a 100% rate. As of 11:00 a.m. on 22 January 2026, the ACU’s Department of Asset and Debt Declaration had received 17,508 declaration files, equivalent to 88.04% of the total 19,887 persons required to declare.
The unit also said that several ministries, institutions, and subnational administrations were preparing to complete their declarations within the ACU’s deadline, while others were close to completion. The ACU reiterated its call for all obligated persons to submit declarations correctly, fully, and on time.
Declaration forms are available through the ACU website, in person at the Anti-Corruption Unit, and through the QR code published on the unit’s Facebook page.
