The Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) announced an update on the nationwide submission of asset and liability declaration documents under the two-year declaration regime. According to the ACU, the 2026 filing period runs from 1 to 31 January 2026, and receiving teams continued operations seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
The update was issued by the ACU’s Department of Asset and Liability Declaration. The unit stated that declaration documents were being received at the ACU office located at Building No. 54, Preah Norodom Boulevard, Phsar Thmei 3 Commune, Daun Penh District, Phnom Penh, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As of 11:00 a.m. on 24 January 2026, the department reported that it had received declarations from 18,476 obligated filers nationwide, equivalent to 92.90% of the total 19,887 persons required to declare.
The ACU also stated that detailed declaration forms could be downloaded from its official website, www.acu.gov.kh, or accessed through the link provided in the announcement.
