On 20 January 2026, the Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) announced an update on the 2026 biennial asset and debt declaration process administered by its Department of Asset and Debt Declaration under the General Department of Administration and Security.
The update followed an inspection visit by Kuy Navy, Director General of the General Department of Administration and Security, who reviewed on-site operations and encouraged the leadership and duty teams responsible for receiving declaration documents.
According to the ACU, Battambang and Kandal provinces had completed the declaration process at 100%. As of 11:00 on 20 January 2026, the Department of Asset and Debt Declaration had received 473 declaration documents from obligated persons, raising total implementation progress to 84.29% of the overall 19,887 persons required to declare.
The ACU stated that declaration forms may be downloaded from its official website at www.acu.gov.kh, collected directly from the ACU, or accessed via a QR code published on the Anti-Corruption Unit Facebook page. A download link for the asset and debt declaration form was also provided in the announcement.
