Background
On 11 June 2026 in Phnom Penh, the Ministry of Health chaired a monthly inter-ministerial meeting to review implementation progress of the OH4CAM One-Health project. The meeting brought together ministry representatives and development partners to assess operational documents and implementation priorities.
The IMCC-OH coordinates multisectoral oversight of the OH4CAM project and reviews annual workplans and disbursement procedures. The OH4CAM project is financed by a grant from the Federal Republic of Germany, and representatives from KfW and PATH participated in the June 2026 session.

Institutional Role
The Inter-Ministerial Committee for One Health Coordination (IMCC-OH) serves as the primary forum for harmonising actions among the Ministry of Health and other sector ministries involved in OH4CAM implementation. The committee’s oversight items routinely include approval or review of workplans, budget allocations, operational guidance, and reporting documents necessary for donor-funded project management.
Operational Implications
Meeting participants were asked to continue strengthening coordination mechanisms and joint monitoring by the project secretariat and advisory bodies to support effectiveness and sustainability. The session’s focus on the AWPB, operations manual and payment processes reflects preparatory steps needed before full-scale activities advance beyond the project’s inception phase.
