- At the Sen Chey stream behind the company site on the upstream side, measured water quality was reported as pH 6.3 and dissolved oxygen 4.2 mg/l, with yellowish clear water attributed to decomposing leaves and no odor.
- At the former discharge canal outlet, large stones had been placed to block the canal entrance, with no water or liquid waste flowing out. The canal bed was reported to be in normal condition, with only a slight odor.
The inspection team additionally instructed the company to accelerate restoration of the drainage canal where residual waste remained from the earlier incident before the rainy season, and to complete and fully operate the treatment pond as quickly as possible.
