The Ministry of Civil Service announced the final list of successful candidates for the competitive examination to select students for the 12th intake of the Royal School of Administration. The notice sets out the administrative steps that successful and reserve candidates must follow after publication of the results.
According to the ministry, candidates who passed on a final basis must confirm acceptance of their results with the General Department of Public Function Management within one working week, no later than 5:00 p.m. on 6 January 2026. Candidates wishing to request a review of their examination papers may submit a written request to the same department at the ministry.
The ministry stated that, after the deadline, it will issue an official decision recognizing the candidates in order to continue the next procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. The notice also explains that reserve candidates may be selected to fill vacancies caused by insufficient average scores or withdrawal by successful candidates, based on ranking order from highest to lowest at district, provincial, and national levels, within up to one month from the results announcement.
The announcement further states that candidates selected as Royal School of Administration students must comply with the requirements of the Law on the Common Statute of Civil Servants and other applicable legal instruments of the Royal Government. It adds that candidates must not have previously been subject to disciplinary dismissal or removal from the framework of civil service or armed forces positions; failure to meet the stated conditions may result in removal from the list even after final selection, reserve listing, student status, or formal appointment.
