The Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) announced updated progress on the 2026 biennial asset and debt declaration process for officials subject to filing obligations under Cambodia’s anti-corruption framework.
According to the ACU’s duty team responsible for receiving declaration documents, Takeo province completed its asset and debt declarations in full on the previous day. As of 11:00 a.m. on 18 January 2026, Ratanakiri province had also reached 100% completion.
The ACU stated that, to date, five ministries or institutions and 12 provinces had fully completed the declaration process. Nationwide progress had reached 15,400 declarants, equal to 77.44% of the total 19,887 persons required to submit declarations.
The ACU also informed obligated filers that declaration forms for assets and debts can be downloaded from the ACU website, collected directly from the ACU, or accessed through a QR code published on the Anti-Corruption Unit’s Facebook page.
