Background
The Trust Regulator (TR) is the national authority responsible for registering, supervising and developing the trust sector, including issuance of licences to trust service providers and registration of trust funds.
The TR conducts on-site verification of property locations and trust fund identities for real estate trusts that apply for establishment and registration with the regulator.
