Trust Regulator Conducts On-Site Verification of Three Commercial Real Estate Trust Registration Cases

The Trust Regulator reported that its officials conducted on-site inspections in Phnom Penh, Kampong Speu, and Takeo from March 16 to 21, 2026 to verify applications for the establishment and registration of three commercial real estate trusts. The visits were led by the Deputy Director of the Trust Registration Department and concerned trusts operated by a trust company licensed by the regulator.
