The session was led by the Director of the Department of Foreign Immigrants and Refugees and targeted foreign immigrants residing in Lum Choar commune, Ou Ya Dav district, Ratanakiri province, with participation from provincial immigration officials and Khmer-Vietnamese association representatives.

MPWT Outlines Requirements and Fees for Renewal of Expired Driving Licences
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport clarified documentation, fees, and penalty conditions for renewing driving licences that have expired for no more than 30 days. The guidance is based on Prakas No. 047 SK dated 17 January 2017 on the issuance of driving licences and points cards and specifies where applicants can access public service centres.
