The Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) announced an update on the 2026 asset and liability declaration cycle. According to the ACU’s Department of Asset and Liability Declaration, the Constitutional Council completed 100% of its required declarations on the previous day, and by 11:00 a.m. on 7 January 2026, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training had also completed its declarations.
The ACU stated that these completions brought nationwide progress to 49.35% of the total 19,887 persons required to file asset and liability declarations for the 2026 cycle.
The ACU further said that its declaration department continues to receive declaration documents seven days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Declaration forms are available from the ACU website at www.acu.gov.kh or can be collected directly from the Anti-Corruption Unit at Building No. 54, Preah Norodom Boulevard, Phsar Thmei III Commune, Daun Penh District, Phnom Penh.
