Background
The Trust Regulator is the national authority responsible for licensing, supervising and developing the trust sector in Cambodia.
On 26 June 2026 the Trust Regulator and the Siem Reap Provincial Administration held a seminar at Empress Angkor Resort & Spa on investor protection and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations in the trust sector.
