On 11 March 2026, representatives of the Trust Regulator attended a consultation workshop on the draft National Strategy on Startup Development 2026–2030 at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Residence.
According to the official notice, Mr. Khun Veasna, Deputy Director General of the Trust Regulator, participated with Mr. Bean Kheangchou, Head of the Research and Market Development Division of the Research, Training and Cooperation Department, following authorization from H.E. Sok Dara, Director General of the Trust Regulator.
The workshop was chaired by H.E. Dr. Kong Marry, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Digital Economy and Business Committee. It also brought together ministries and institutions, educational and research institutions, entrepreneurship support organizations, startups, investor networks, associations and communities, development partners, and corporate companies.
