The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport held a kick-off meeting on 20 March 2026 to launch the Asian Development Bank’s implementation support mission for the Secondary Education for Human Capital Development (SE4HC) project. The mission, running from 20–27 March 2026, will review progress by project results, including financial implementation, procurement, gender, social safeguards, and monitoring and evaluation for the ADB-supported project, which runs from March 2025 to December 2030 and covers 259 target secondary schools.
