The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) held a workshop in Kampong Cham on the development of test questions based on SEA-PLM test models and the dissemination of SEA-PLM 2024 results. The event took place from 20 to 22 March 2026 under the leadership of H.E. Dr. Huot Chhun Kri, Inspector General of the Ministry.
According to the ministry, the workshop was organized in response to education sector reform measures linked to the SEA-PLM 2024 learning assessment results. Participants included inspection offices from 13 provincial and municipal departments of education, the Phnom Penh Teacher Education Institute, provincial teacher training schools and upgrading institutions, regional pedagogical centers, and Grade 5 teachers, with a total of 99 participants.
