Background

During the Senate session, Committee No. 9, chaired by Um Sarith, reported the results of its review and members provided commentary; Minister Peng Pothina from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport addressed questions from senators. The draft was presented to the plenary for consideration under the procedural review and comment process used by the Senate.
