Background
The National Committee on Trade Remedies (NCTR) is chaired by the Minister of Commerce and maintains a Secretariat that produces periodic work reports.

On 24 June 2026 the first meeting of the National Committee on Trade Remedies convened at the Ministry of Commerce headquarters under the presidency of Minister Cham Nimul.
Deputy Secretary‑General San Sophoan of the Ministry of Justice participated in the session, which reviewed the Secretariat’s work report and discussed the progress of the three draft sub‑decrees prepared under the Trade Remedies Law.
