On 11 March 2026, Lieutenant General Ho Sam Ath, Director General of the General Department of Digital Technology and Media at the Ministry of Interior, chaired a meeting to review progress on the development of version 2 of the online complaint reception system.
The meeting was held at the Ministry of Interior and was attended by deputy directors general, department leaders, office leaders, and technical officials.
According to the department, the Director General commended the leadership and technical officers for their prior work, including the deployment of version 1 of the online complaint reception system. He stated that the purpose of the meeting was to review progress, discuss the system, and gather additional input for the development of version 2.
He also requested relevant leaders and technical officials to accelerate preparation of version 2 and review and adjust certain functions so that implementation of the planned work could proceed more effectively.
