The National Bank of Cambodia has issued Prakas No. B37.026.204 Prokor, dated 20 March 2026, on Emergency Liquidity Assistance for deposit-taking banking and financial institutions, replacing Prakas No. B7-015-153 Prokor of 17 March 2015. The new Prakas establishes a framework for last-resort emergency liquidity support to institutions facing temporary liquidity problems, with the aim of mitigating systemic risks and maintaining financial stability.
