On 9 March 2026, the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) stated that its Deputy Director General, H.E. Dr. Vin Pheakdey, led SERC officials in an online technical meeting of regulators and units under the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA).
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Vice-Chairman of the FSA. According to the announcement, the meeting reviewed and provided comments on the draft report titled Financial Stability Report for Non-bank Financial Sector 2025 and discussed other related matters aimed at promoting the development of the non-bank financial sector.
