According to the Assembly’s summary, the article examined intensifying competition among major powers, the resulting effects on international stability and cooperation, and the economic and security risks arising from geopolitical conflict. It also discussed how small and medium-sized countries, including Cambodia, may seek strategies to maintain balance and protect national interests in a rapidly changing international environment.
