Background
On 10 March 2026, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Meas Kim Heng, Secretary of State, held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Astrid Emilie Helle, Ambassador of Norway to Cambodia.
During the meeting, the Cambodian side expressed satisfaction with the positive relations and cooperation between Cambodia and Norway. The Cambodian side also thanked Norway for its support to Cambodia’s development in areas including mine clearance, the Khmer Rouge Tribunal, and sustainable development.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to continue working closely to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation for mutual benefit.
