Cambodia launched new public financial management guidelines for the Office of the Council of Ministers, setting procedures for budget preparation, execution, monitoring, and internal financial control. The policy rollout was led by Deputy Prime Minister Vongsey Vissoth on 25 December 2025.

The National Bank of Cambodia signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NPCI International Payments Limited to cooperate on cross-border payment and remittance between Cambodia and India.
