In one vehicle (GAC, blue, Phnom Penh plate 2CC-6101) officers recovered a black storage box in the central console that contained an aluminum plate and white powder residue; the vehicle’s occupant identified as GUO HAN SHENG (male, Chinese/Taiwanese nationality) returned a urine test positive for a ketamine-type substance. The report records that the individual possessed a passport, four mobile phones and four work cards. In a second vehicle (Toyota Alphard, white, Phnom Penh plate 2BG-8588) officers documented multiple personal electronic devices and clothing items found inside.
