The National Police of Cambodia reported the results of nationwide drug offense suppression operations conducted on 30 January 2026. According to the official summary, authorities handled 17 cases and detained 44 suspects, including 5 women, across the country.
The reported cases were divided into 4 trafficking cases involving 14 detainees, 10 transportation or storage cases involving 19 detainees, and 3 use-related cases involving 11 detainees.
Total narcotics seized on that date were reported as 453.69 grams of methamphetamine (Ice), 2.99 grams of methamphetamine (Wy), 6.45 grams of ketamine, and 4.17 grams of MDMA.
The report stated that 11 units participated in the operations, including five police units and five military police units, with an additional warrant execution noted in Kampong Chhnang.
Among police units, the reported results included one use case and one warrant execution in Kampong Chhnang; one trafficking case and one storage case in Kratie with 31.87 grams of Ice seized; one trafficking case and one use case in Pursat with 12.74 grams of Ice seized; one use case in Siem Reap; one storage case in Stung Treng; and two storage cases in Takeo with 1.25 grams of Ice seized.
Among military police units, the report listed one trafficking case in Banteay Meanchey with 6.45 grams of ketamine and 4.17 grams of MDMA seized; three storage cases in Kampong Speu with 8.78 grams of Ice seized; one trafficking case in Siem Reap with 394.04 grams of Ice seized; one storage case in Oddar Meanchey with 3.40 grams of Ice seized; and two storage cases in Tbong Khmum with 1.52 grams of Ice and 2.99 grams of Wy seized.
