The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction stated that Tuol Prasat Kouk Preah Srei, an ancient site located in Preah Srei village, Ta Lam commune, Mongkol Borei district, Banteay Meanchey province, has been registered as state public land.
According to the ministry, the site covers 1,075 square meters and is identified by land parcel number 746.
The ministry said the site was registered under cadastral technical procedures and the Land Law. It added that the property is held by the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts under the Law on the Protection of Cultural Heritage, while management is overseen by the Ministry of Economy and Finance under the law on the management, use, and disposal of state property.
