On 23 March 2026, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Prak Sokhonn received a courtesy call from Shri P. Kumaran, Secretary (East) of the Ministry of External Affairs of India, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Phnom Penh during the latter’s visit to Cambodia.

The meeting was held in the context of longstanding Cambodia-India friendship and bilateral cooperation. According to the ministry, both sides reviewed avenues to further strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in multiple sectors.
