The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction announced additional mediation meetings for customers of Borey Mon Dany, Project 29, following prior issuance of titles across four phases totaling 2,478 land titles. The ministry will (i) present payment plans for 615 lots with incomplete payments to enable title issuance (scheduled 21 April 2026, 09:00, at the ministry), and (ii) address remaining issues including disputed records (334 lots) and alleged duplicate sales (38 lots), per attached lists. Cambodia launches climate technopreneurship R&DB programme with a USD 200 million target fund
Cambodia launched a regional “R&DB Programme” to promote climate technology entrepreneurship, implemented by the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation in cooperation with GGGI. The initiative includes a climate technopreneurship investment fund with a USD 200 million target, managed by NH Absolute Return Partners, with the Green Climate Fund (GCF) providing USD 83.75 million in first-loss financing, and the programme running to October 2030 (investment fund term up to 10 years).
