Trust Regulator provides inputs to proposed Land Law amendments; focus on trust-held immovable property
The Trust Regulator held discussions with the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction to provide inputs to the preparation of amendments to the Land Law, and to discuss ownership transfer and construction issues involving trust properties in the form of immovable assets. Draft Road Traffic Law reviewed: 14 chapters, 99 articles
The Ministry of Health participated in a meeting chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister (as Chair of the National Road Safety Committee) to review a draft new Road Traffic Law. The draft comprises 14 chapters and 99 articles and is intended to strengthen road traffic safety management, maintain road-traffic order, and deter road-related offenses, including protections for health, life, property, and the environment. Health sector digital systems launched: EIR and HFMIS
The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Health officially launched the Electronic Immunization Registry (EIR) and the Health Facility Management Information System (HFMIS). EIR expands beyond prior vaccination systems and, as of February 2026, had been used at 1,443 public health facilities with 2,654 users, registering 174,688 individuals and 1,100,149 vaccine records; citizens can view immunization history via the MyHealth mini-app in DGSuperApp. HFMIS is designed to map and monitor private health facilities nationwide, including legal status (valid, near-expiry within 90 days, expired) and location search via Google Map. Minister sets deadline to eliminate SIM cards not linked to national ID: by August 2026
