The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) issued a notification regarding Storm Penha (T2602), reporting its influence on the northeast monsoon over the Mekong Basin and Cambodia from February 8 to 10, 2026. Concurrently, the Ministry observed that water levels in the Mekong, Tonle Sap, and Bassac rivers are slightly receding.
